The traveler, however, warned of the dangers of the journey—treacherous cliffs, wild beasts, and unpredictable weather. Most villagers dismissed the tale as a fantasy, but Kelechi’s heart burned with determination.

Despite the warnings and the ridicule of the villagers, Kelechi decided to embark on the perilous journey. Youths who spend too much time on social media are also more likely to experience depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem.

Furthermore, excessive social media use can affect academic performance. Youths who spend too much time on social media may find it difficult to concentrate on their studies, leading to poor grades and reduced opportunities for future success.

In addition, social media addiction can also lead to a decrease in physical activity.
